Sporthallenb\u00f6den (EN 14904) zu finden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Messung erfolgt mit dem \u00abK\u00fcnstlichen Sportler Berlin\u00bb (siehe Skizze oben rechts). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24474\" width=\"156\" height=\"138\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA2.jpg 352w, https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA2-300x265.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 156px) 100vw, 156px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Kraftabbau stellt die Verringerung der R\u00fcckprallkraft (Stosskraft) des Sportbodens gegen\u00fcber einem starren Boden in Prozent dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Verringerung der R\u00fcckprallkraft ist umso gr\u00f6sser, je nachgiebiger der Boden ist. Auf Betonb\u00f6den betr\u00e4gt sie 0%, d. h. die volle Kraft des Aufpralls muss vom Nutzer absorbiert werden. Je h\u00f6her der Kraftabbau, desto mehr Kraft wird vom Boden aufgenommen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit stellt der Kraftabbau die Schutzfunktion des Sportbodens in einem unkontrollierten Fall dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein hoher Kraftabbau verringert die Verletzungsgefahr (beim Sturz), reduziert die Belastung auf Gelenke, Muskeln, B\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Demzufolge ist ein hoher Kraftabbauwert besser?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ganz so einfach ist es nicht: es sind noch weitere Faktoren zu ber\u00fccksichtigen wie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alter \/ Gewicht der (Hauptnutzer)<\/li><li>Sportart (Hauptnutzung)<\/li><li>Nutzung f\u00fcr Training oder Wettkampf<\/li><li>Nutzung auch f\u00fcr andere Zwecke (Veranstaltungen)<\/li><li>Typ des Sportbodens<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Sporthallen wird nach dem Typ der Sportb\u00f6den unterschieden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA3-1024x450.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24479\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA3-1024x450.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA3-300x132.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA3-768x338.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA3.jpg 1137w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24484\" width=\"361\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA4.jpg 514w, https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA4-300x263.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 361px) 100vw, 361px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Der <strong>punktelastische<\/strong> Boden f\u00e4ngt die Aufprallkr\u00e4fte wie ein Stossd\u00e4mpfer direkt ab. Dadurch ist der Boden ideal geeignet f\u00fcr Kinder. Das Verletzungsrisiko ist deutlich geringer, da ein Aufprall mit einem geringen Gewicht optimal abgefangen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der <strong>fl\u00e4chenelastische<\/strong> Boden zeigt in der Regel h\u00f6here Kraftabbauwerte. Durch die Verteilung der Aufprallkraft auf eine gr\u00f6ssere Fl\u00e4che ist dieser Bodentyp besonders geeignet f\u00fcr Erwachsene, dabei auch gelenkschonend und standsicher. Ideal auch f\u00fcr Rollstuhlsport und Mehrzwecknutzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ein h\u00f6herer Kraftabbauwert ist nicht zwingend besser \u2013 es kommt auf den Nutzer und die Nutzung an<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und wie verh\u00e4lt sich das im Aussenbereich?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch hier gibt es normative Vorgaben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery aligncenter columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"918\" height=\"596\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA5-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"24499\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.conica.com\/?attachment_id=24499\" class=\"wp-image-24499\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA5-1.jpg 918w, https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA5-1-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.conica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/KA5-1-768x499.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 918px) 100vw, 918px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Auch diese Vorgaben zeigen \u2013 ausschlaggebend ist die Nutzung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WA schreibt in Ihrem \u00abTrack and Field Facilities Manual\u00bb 2019 \u2013 Chapter 3 Seite 95<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The safety of athletes and their protection against injury in training and competition is of special significance for the requirements for the sports surface. It is recommended that training facility synthetic surfaces generally have higher shock absorption than competition facilities<\/em>. Seite 105<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Requirement The dynamic interaction between the athlete and the surface is significant to the performance and safety of the athlete. Therefore, the ability of the surface to reduce force (absorb energy) is important. The dynamic behaviour of athletics track surfaces is complex. Two of the major components of the interaction between an athlete and the surface are the deformation under load of the surface and the ability of the material to either absorb or give back the energy of impact of the foot. Biomechanical studies over many years have confirmed the complexity of the foot \/ surface &#8222;model&#8220; and have revealed the extent of the variation in loading and duration of load between not only different sports, but different athletics events. As has been explained elsewhere in this chapter, it is possible to formulate synthetic surfaces which favour, or are more suitable for, one type of event against another.
