Technical Consultant – USA (up to 100%) (Domestic and Occasional International)

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a driven, technically skilled Technical Consultant to support our clients and project teams across the United States. This role is ideal for someone with strong sports or commercial flooring experience who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Proven background in sports surfacing or commercial flooring installation, preferably with crew leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of jobsite safety, materials, and installation best practices
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers, crews, and internal stakeholders
• Self-motivated and organized, with a solutions-first mindset
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively, this role is field-based with national coverage

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Serve as a technical advisor and project liaison throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
• Represent CONICA onsite to ensure our quality standards and client expectations are met or exceeded
• Supervise and train subcontractor crews during the installation of athletic tracks, playgrounds, indoor flooring, and multi-use systems
• Provide pre-installation planning support and post-installation troubleshooting
• Collaborate closely with Conica USA’s leadership and sales teams to deliver project excellence
