Installation recommendations

To achieve the best results, we recommend the following processing guidelines:

• Material temperature: 15–25 °C
• Substrate preparation: firm, clean, dry, and load-bearing
• Binder dosage:
  • Recycled granulate (2–6 mm): 7.5-9 %
  • Recycled granulate (1–4 mm): 18-20 %
  • EPDM granulate (1–3.5 mm): 20 %

Proper mixing with a compulsory mixer, careful manual application, and thorough compaction are essential to creating a seamless, durable surface. Special attention should be given to seam finishing to avoid future weak points.

Compatible substrates and primers

For optimal adhesion, CONICA recommends:

• Concrete substrates: priming with CONIPUR 74 or CONIPUR 4710
• Asphalt substrates: priming with CONIPUR 70
