Magic Moments and World-Class Performances at Weltklasse Zürich
1. September 2025
Once again, Weltklasse Zürich 2025 showed why it’s called the “World Class.” In a sold-out Letzigrund Stadium, fans watched some of the best athletes in the world deliver records, victories and unforgettable moments.
The Swiss highlight came from Audrey Werro, who ran the 800 meters in a stunning 1:55.91 minutes. At just 21 years old, she claimed victory, set a new national record and sent the home crowd into celebration. Her performance was a perfect example of what this night is all about: talent, confidence, and world-class results.

But she wasn’t the only one making headlines. Karsten Warholm and Femke Bol impressed with meeting records over 400-meter hurdles, Noah Lyles and Letsile Tebogo battled to the finish in a thrilling 200 meters, and Julian Weber delivered the world’s best throw of the year in the javelin. Every discipline, every moment, added to the magic.

What tied it all together was the stage beneath their feet. All these moments shared one foundation: the CONICA V-max track, providing the consistency that world-class competition demands.

Weltklasse Zürich 2025 ended with fireworks above the stadium and records on the track – a night to remember for fans and athletes alike. And for CONICA, it was another proud moment to see the Vmax track at the heart of one of athletics’ greatest events.
