Our quality, environmental and occupational safety policy is actively lived and accounted
for by every employee in all activities as the basis of CONICA AG’s corporate policy. It is
our guiding principle of integrated management systems.
Through systematic and continuous improvement processes, we always strive to:

- to ensure occupational health and safety and to avoid accidents.
- Improve energy-related services through the use of renewable energies, an

To this end, CONICA AG preventively reduces the consumption of natural resources and
improves its environmental performance through recycling as well as through the use of
renewable resources, as well as closing material cycles to avoid waste and furthermore
by developing innovative products that contain, for example, bio-based raw materials or
have an extended service life. In addition, the product life cycle perspective is considered
CONICA AG undertakes to fully comply with the applicable legal requirements in
environmental and occupational safety law as well as the environment-specific internal
and site-specific obligations through proactive action.
The consistent implementation of our quality, environmental and occupational safety
policy through the participation and involvement of employees is the guarantee for
sustainable growth and success of our company. It is the basis for us to continue to offer

Voluntary Climate Protection and Energy Efficiency
CONICA AG is convinced of the need to stand up for sustainable climate protection.
By voluntarily declaring its adherence to the Swiss Private Sector Energy Agency programme,
CONICA AG commits to actively reducing CO2 emissions and optimizing energy
efficiency. The Swiss Federal Government, cantons and private sector partners honor
the target agreement.
