The 2026 BAUHAUS-galan once again brought world-class athletics to the historic Stockholm Olympic Stadium. As part of the Wanda Diamond League, the meeting welcomed some of the sport’s leading athletes for an evening of outstanding performances on CONICA’s CONIPUR Vmax track.

One of the highlights of the meeting came in the women’s 800m, where Switzerland’s Audrey Werro delivered a sensational performance. With a time of 1:53.98, she set a Diamond League record, meeting record, Swiss record and world lead, moving to third on the all-time list.
The evening also featured strong sprint performances from Melissa Jefferson-Wooden, who won the women’s 100m in 10.84 seconds, and Kenny Bednarek, who claimed victory in the men’s 200m in 19.87 seconds. In the discus, Swedish favourite Daniel Ståhl gave the home crowd a moment to celebrate with a winning throw of 69.60m.
Installed at the Stockholm Olympic Stadium after the 2022 edition of BAUHAUS-galan, CONIPUR Vmax continues to provide a high-performance stage for elite athletics. The 2026 meeting once again showed how the right track surface can support speed, consistency and world-class competition.
